I’m glad you're here and considering working with me. There’s just one thing I’d like to clarify:

While I’m deeply committed to supporting your well-being and personal growth, I’m not a licensed psychologist (GGZ) and I don’t have a BIG registration.

My focus is on complementary care. That means I can help if you're feeling stuck in life due to things like stress, burnout, emotions getting in the way, unresolved grief, personal development, single-event trauma, or challenges related to life stages.

However, if you're dealing with more severe psychological issues, addiction, or a psychiatric diagnosis, I’m not the right fit for you. In that case, I’d be happy to refer you to a mental health professional who can offer the specialized support you need.

 

That said, I can still offer guidance if you're on a waiting list for a psychologist, helping you build resilience while you wait to start treatment.
